Vincent Staub graduated from the Ecole Centrale de Marseille in 2000 (Master’s degree in Science and Engineering) with a specialization in spatial optics and remote sensing. He then worked for 8 years as a consultant for NASA and ESA (European Space Agency) on the International Space Station program. In parallel, he obtained an advanced university degree in International Relations (Centre d’Études Diplomatiques et Stratégiques de Paris) and published a book about Libya and the sub Saharan migrations as well as multiple photography reports. In 2010, he started a new career as humanitarian pilot in West and Central Africa flying for local airlines as well as for the United Nations. Vincent Staub is now a long-haul pilot for Air France and is involved in the operations of the NGO « Aviation Without Borders
