Ricardo is a political scientist and has a postgraduate degree in Rural Development. He has twelve years of professional experience (seven in humanitarian organizations or support of them), mainly focused on information management and data analysis, particularly in the armed conflict in Colombia, migration, and other humanitarian issues.
Ricardo has experience in project coordination and implementation of information management strategies. Ricardo is currently the project field coordinator, managing the operational deployment for Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, and Panama
