Dina Alejandra Ortega Avellaneda
Coordination and Analysis Expert
Dina is a coordination and analysis expert. She provides support to information management activities by being a link between 3iSolution and its partners. She also coordinates and guides technical information management experts for compliance with project frameworks, methodology, and reporting specifications.
Before joining 3iSolution, Dina worked in Colombia with IOM, for the coordination between NGOs and UN agencies in producing consistent data for the Regional Refugee and Migrant Response Plan. Dina is a seasoned advisor in all matters related to concertation, planning, and community peacekeeping, having worked with MSI-USAID to facilitate territorial development projects in Colombia. She is also experienced in coordinating research projects, notably with Nueva Granada Military University – UMNG.
Dina holds a Master’s Degree in International Affairs from the Universidad Externado de Colombia, and a Bachelor’s Degree from the Nueva Granada Military University, in Bogota, Colombia. She speaks English and Spanish.
