Christophe Leroy
Human Resources Director
Christophe LEROY joined iMMAP France in June 2018. As the Human Resources Director, he is in charge of the implementation and development of the human resources strategy for the entire organization.
Previously, Christophe managed the human resources departments for national and international organizations and projects in Portugal, Germany, Spain, Japan and China for over 20 years. Between 1997 and 2011, he organized HR solutions for the French Pavilions at World Expos.
It was after these missions that he decided to join the humanitarian sector and resumed training to do so. He specializes in recruitment and retention of talent and is an expert in finding customized HR solutions and procedures in an international context.
Christophe holds a Higher Diploma in HR Development and Management and a Master's Degree in HR and Finance for International Solidarity. Christophe is a native French speaker and is fluent in English.
