Samson Demissie

Samson Demissie is a highly accomplished IMO and GIS Analyst with over 10 years of experience spanning development and humanitarian aid sectors. His expertise lies in managing and analyzing complex data, interpreting quantitative information, and collaborating effectively with diverse teams. Samson’s passion lies in leveraging his technical skills, particularly in GIS and information management, to support humanitarian efforts and sustainable development initiatives. 

Prior to 3iSolution Samson worked in the UNICEF WASH cluster, where he spearheaded data collection, analysis, and dissemination for drought response efforts. He excels in designing and managing databases, developing insightful geospatial analyses and maps, and producing comprehensive reports. Moreover, Samson is dedicated to capacity building and provides training to empower others with essential information management skills. 

Samson is Fluent in English, Amharic, and Afan Oromo, Samson holds an MSc in Geomatics, an MA in Project Management, and a BSc in Geoinformatics.
