This Privacy Policy explains how 3iS (also referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, stores, and uses your personal data when you visit www.3is.org (“Website”), complete and submit an online form using our Website, or otherwise reach out to us using contact details from our Website, as well as your rights. As such, this Privacy Policy only relates to your use of the Website.

3iS (also referred to as “3iSolution”) is headquartered and registered in France at 97 Rue Sauveur Tobelem 13007 Marseille and is subject to compliance with the French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 (“La loi Informatique et Libertés”) and its amendments, including the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (“EU GDPR”).

We are the controller of personal data obtained via our Website.

  • Category of data: Data collected when you submit an application in relation to tenders or career opportunities with us either directly on our website or using contact details available on our website.
    Details: This will be dependent on what you submit, but as part of your CV and Cover Letter for example, this will likely include and is not limited to your Name, Date of Birth, Email, Phone Number, Mailing Address, Nationality, Employment History, as well as Education and Qualifications.
  • Category of data: Data collected when you sign up for our newsletter.
    Details: Your Name and Email.
  • Category of data: Other data collected when you use specific functions on the Website.

Special Category Data

Please note that we do not knowingly or intentionally collect special category data (also known as “sensitive data”) or information about criminal convictions from individuals as part of your use of this Website.

Special category data means information related to personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin; political opinions; religious or philosophical beliefs; trade union membership; genetic data; biometric data (where used for identification purposes); data concerning health; data concerning a person’s sex life; and data concerning a person’s sexual orientation.

  • Law enforcement agencies, courts or tribunals, and regulatory bodies to comply with legal and regulatory obligations where necessary.

6. Transferring Your Personal Data to a Third Country

3iS may transfer your personal data outside of the European Union to processors and parties mentioned in the section above “5. Who We Share Your Personal Details With”, including our subsidiaries, or other legal entities owned by or working on behalf of 3iS. Where we do this, we will comply with applicable French laws and the EU GDPR designed to ensure the continued protection and privacy of your personal data.
