Elisa Alghisi

Elisa Alghisi is Operations Director at the 3iS Headquarters and she has been working with 3iS since 2018. She has around 14 years of experience in the humanitarian and development sectors. She worked both in Country missions and especially in the Middle East as well as in Headquarter.

Always motivated by a keen interest on the Middle Eastern region, she studied Middle Eastern Studies and Arabic language, which is why she decided to deploy to Arabic speaking countries for work purposes too.

Elisa has been responsible for programmes and field coordination, Monitoring and Evaluation and she has been Country Representative running missions as well as for new missions’ opening. In the past she worked mainly on Child Protection and Education programming with various organizations such as Terres des hommes and  Première Urgence Internationale. In her career, she worked also on a consulting basis, conducting stakeholders’ analysis and projects’ feasibility assessments as well as capitalization exercises
