Liliana Castillo Higuera

Economist and International Business Professional and current student of the master’s in public policy at the Universidad de Los Andes. She has a diploma in data analysis and advanced skills in tools such as R, Stata, Microsoft Excel, as well as visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau, and information collection and survey design software such as Kobo, ODK and ONA. 

Liliana has over seven years of professional experience and has worked in the collection and analysis of information for decision-making, through the design of characterization instruments, analysis and processing of household surveys and large databases, and the monitoring of events related to armed conflict, peace building, sustainable development and the migration emergency. She has worked in distinct humanitarian organizations, in international cooperation scenarios and with government authorities.
