Jeffrey Villaveces

Jeffrey Villaveces is Regional Director for Latin America within 3iS. As such he is responsible for work in current ongoing and recent and future projects in Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela, Chile, Costa Rica and other countries in the region. Jeffrey worked 15 years in United Nations OCHA, where he had a number of information management roles for OCHA in Colombia, Panama, Haiti, Central African Republic, Iraq and Yemen. He worked as Chief Information Officer in the UN Mission for Emergency Ebols Response (UNMEER). Jeffrey's goals in 3iS are to apply innovation and technology to improve humanitarian and development information management, expanding networks with private sector and NGO partners to make 3iS a hub for projects in the region.
