Capacity Building Officer
Marcela is the Capacity Building Officer for 3iSolution in Colombia.
With experience working for OCHA in Colombia, among other UN agencies, prior to joining iMMAP she was a project coordinator with expertise in inter-institutional partnerships.
Marcela is a sociologist and journalist with experience in issues related to humanitarian coordination, humanitarian donor relations, social research and environmental impact studies, as well as the design and implementation of communication and knowledge management strategies, implementation of public land policy, analysis of qualitative information and editing chronicles and life stories.
She has made publications in narrative journalism and social research. Fluent in English and Portuguese.
