3iS conducted a final project evaluation for Expertise France (EF) on eleven projects that were granted to local organizations in Raqqa and Deir ez-Zor governorates of Syria. The evaluation mainly aimed at assessing the efficiency of the grants, but also the relevance, impact, and sustainability of each of the eleven projects. The findings helped inform EF in validating their interventions, readjusting similar projects in the future, collecting data and identifying lessons learned for the implementation of such grants for upscaling or replication in the future.
