3iS funded by UNHCR conducted intention surveys, community-based planning, and systems-based scenario development to better inform the return of Syrian refugees from Jordan. The project regularly informed the Durable Solutions Working Group and the data was systematically presented on a dashboard to support informed decision-making and the humanitarian response. This partnership significantly informed return scenarios and strategies in the region.
