3iS is seeking proposals from qualified service providers for the supply, deployment, and maintenance of Internet Connectivity Solutions — including Starlink terminals, 4G/5G routers, and local Wi-Fi networks — across approximately 100 humanitarian sites in 46 municipalities in Colombia.
The selected provider will be responsible for technical assessments, equipment installation, connectivity services, ongoing maintenance, and periodic reporting throughout the contract period (August – November 2026).
