In Sudan, 3iS, funded by the World Bank and UNDP, supported urban profiling and returnee mapping to aid displaced populations. Working with UNDP and government partners, 3iS developed data tools, maps, and a GIS platform to track returnees and assess needs. Through urban assessments and participatory mapping, the project improved coordination, data analysis, and planning for humanitarian and development interventions.
