Yodit Ayalew joined 3iS in August 2023 as the Admin, HR, and Procurement Coordinator in Ethiopia. She brings over a decade of experience in human resources and operations within international NGOs, having worked with organizations such as The Fred Hollows Foundation and MSF in Ethiopia.
Throughout her career, Yodit has successfully led HR, Operations, Procurement, and Finance functions across diverse international organizations in Ethiopia. She has managed complex human resources processes with a strong grasp of Ethiopian labor law, consistently balancing compliance with labor regulations and organizational policies. Her ability to integrate strategic planning with day‑to‑day problem solving ensures alignment with organizational objectives while maintaining fairness and accountability.
Her academic background further strengthens her professional expertise. Yodit holds both a master’s and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Addis Ababa University, complemented by several professional certificates.
