Tsion Getu Bissa is currently working as a Junior Information Management Officer at 3iSolution (3iS) Ethiopia. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Addis Ababa University and has experience supporting humanitarian information management through data analysis, visualization, digital data collection, and capacity strengthening.
Before joining 3iS, Tsion worked as an Information Management Intern at iMMAP Inc., where she supported humanitarian partners by contributing to information management products, data cleaning and analysis, dashboard development, reporting, and assessment activities that informed humanitarian response.
At 3iS, Tsion supports the delivery of information management services to humanitarian and development partners by developing dashboards, reports, and other information products that enhance data accessibility and decision-making. She contributes to the design of digital data collection solutions, develops training and learning materials, facilitates capacity-building initiatives, and supports the implementation of information management systems and workflows that improve data quality, reporting, and operational coordination.
