Margarita Kondratovic is a Project Coordinator for ANTICIPA. She brings experience in program coordination, program development, and monitoring and evaluation (M&E) of projects implemented in Jordan, Yemen, Syria, Ukraine, and at the global level.
Throughout her career, she has contributed to initiatives focused on humanitarian response, information management, capacity building, mine action, and community engagement. She has worked closely with governments, UN agencies, international NGOs, and local partners to support evidence-based decision-making, strengthen coordination mechanisms, and improve access to timely information for crisis-affected populations.
Margarita holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Arabic Language, a Bachelor of Laws, and a Master’s degree in International and European Law. She is currently pursuing an Executive Master in International Law in Armed Conflict. She is fluent in English and Russian and has intermediate proficiency in Arabic and Spanish.
