Emmanuel is a humanitarian operations and office management professional with over 15 years of experience managing humanitarian programmes and organizational operations in complex and challenging environments across Africa and Asia. His expertise spans operations management, procurement, logistics, administration, human resources, stakeholder engagement, and organizational compliance.
He has worked with leading international humanitarian organizations, including the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), Action Against Hunger (ACF), Save the Children, FHI 360, Catholic Relief Services (CRS), World Vision, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), and Welthungerhilfe. His international experience includes assignments in Nigeria, Liberia, Bangladesh, Zimbabwe, and Mozambique, supporting programmes funded by major donors such as FCDO, ECHO, USAID, the United Nations, KfW, GIZ, BMZ, START Fund, and LDS Charities.
Emmanuel is passionate about building high-performing teams, strengthening organizational systems, and delivering effective humanitarian responses while upholding the highest standards of accountability, compliance, and humanitarian principles. He holds a Master’s Degree in International Humanitarian Affairs from the University of York, United Kingdom.
