3iS in partnership with GIZ, enhanced Iraq’s employment services by developing the Mihan Platform, a digital tool connecting jobseekers with opportunities. The project also trained staff from the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (MoLSA), improved data management for 3.8 million records, and conducted impact assessments with 4,000 beneficiaries. Through capacity building and digital transformation, 3iS helped improve labor market efficiency and expand job prospects for Iraqi youth.
