He has extensive experience in cadastre, territorial management, vulnerability analysis, socio-environmental resilience, risk management, and natural resource characterization, integrating multisource information to strengthen territorial governance, support for vulnerable populations, and the formulation of sustainable development strategies. His work focuses on generating applied knowledge and technical solutions that contribute to building safer, more equitable, and more resilient territories.
