Bilisuma Tadesse is an AI Engineer at 3iS who builds production LLM applications, including agentic RAG pipelines, vector search systems, and full-stack AI prototypes. He began his career at Cooperative Bank of Oromia, working across software engineering and AI development. At 3iS, he brings this experience to support the organization’s use of AI in humanitarian and development work. He holds a BSc in Computer Science and Engineering from Adama Science and Technology University.
