Zully is an economist who graduated with honors from the University of Santo Tomás in Colombia and holds a Master’s degree in International Development, Cooperation, and Project Management. She has extensive experience in the humanitarian sector, providing critical support during large-scale emergencies such as migration crises, the COVID-19 pandemic, and mass displacement. Her professional trajectory includes working with major UN agencies such as the World Food Programme (WFP), the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), and the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (UNOCHA).
Currently, she works as an Analysis and Coordination Expert for the international NGO 3iSolution, covering Colombia, Ecuador, and Venezuela. She has strong expertise in data collection, visualization, and analysis to inform strategic decision-making. Additionally, she has led training initiatives for governmental institutions, non-governmental organizations, and UN agencies.
