Tsion is a Junior Information Management Officer at 3iS where she supports data management, analysis, and reporting across various humanitarian programs. She began her journey with 3iS as an intern, contributing to the team’s work for two months before being promoted to her current role.

Prior to joining 3iS, Tsion interned at iMMAP Inc. immediately after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Addis Ababa University. During her time at iMMAP, she worked on information management tasks, applying her technical background to assist in data analysis, data visualization, survey analysis, and development for humanitarian contexts.

Tsion is focused on building her skills in information management, GIS, and data-driven decision-making. She is passionate about using data to support evidence-based humanitarian response and is steadily gaining experience in managing information systems and visualizing critical insights.
