Laura has over 11 years of continued experience in humanitarian affairs, particularly in information analysis, reporting, strategic planning and interagency coordination in forced displacement and disaster contexts (Colombia, Costa Rica). 

She is an expert in organizing and strengthening capacities of cross-functional teams towards agile information deliverables with rigor and quality; and to convey complex messages synthetically to diverse audiences (government, donors, UN, IFI). She has conducted needs assessment and context analysis reports for decision-making and resource mobilization. She is currently joining 3iS’s work towards Localization as IM Expert in Organizational and Community Relations. 

Laura is an Economist with an MSc. in International Cooperation and Emancipatory Education.
