A Geographer from the Central University of Venezuela specializing in Information Management and Geospatial Data, she has over 12 years of experience developing evidence-based strategies for the humanitarian and public sectors. Her work integrates GIS and statistical analysis with a strong social focus, specializing in Afro-descendant issues and territorial planning to mitigate vulnerabilities. Currently, she serves as the Information Management and Localization Officer at 3iS, where she drives the localization strategy by designing information products and strengthening the technical capacities of local actors to enhance humanitarian decision-making.
