Agroforestry Engineer with a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering and ongoing doctoral studies in Data Science. He has more than 13 years of international experience in satellite imagery analysis, geospatial intelligence, and information management in humanitarian, environmental, and security contexts. Within the United Nations system—UNODC, WFP, IOM, UNHCR, UNICEF, and UNSOM—and with international NGOs, he has led the development of multisensor remote-sensing applications to support early warning systems, disaster risk reduction, and climate resilience across Latin America, the Caribbean, and Africa. He has also designed and delivered information management products, including data visualization tools, monitoring and evaluation technologies, and UAV systems for environmental monitoring. He possesses technical expertise in Python, GIS, remote sensing, and the integration of artificial intelligence for field operations and evidence-based decision-making. He is committed to leveraging geospatial science to advance sustainable development and support humanitarian action.
