Iván Contreras  is an International Relations Specialist with over eight years of experience in data analysis, humanitarian project coordination, and information visualization for decision-making, leading initiatives in emergency and migration contexts in collaboration with agencies such as UNICEF, IOM, UNDP, and ILO.  

His expertise spans sectors including health, education, socioeconomic integration, WASH, and protection. Proficient in tools like R, Stata, and Power BI, and methodologies such as Theory of Change, needs assessment, and rapid evaluations. He currently develops innovative territorial monitoring and AI-based community solutions at 3iS. 

He has a Master’s in public administration and dual background in Urban Management and Development.
