LATAM - MEAL Expert

I am a Social Worker and Master in Social Intervention with emphasis on Post-Conflict and Peace, with extensive experience in processes of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) and Information Management (IM) of social projects. I have worked with various public, private and international cooperation organisations, mainly in projects aimed at children and adolescents (NNA), LGBTI people, migrant population, peasant organisations and women’s organisations in Medellín and Antioquia. During my professional career, I have carried out rigorous monitoring of the main and secondary indicators of the projects, which has allowed me to evaluate the formats and methodologies used. As a consultant, I have worked in the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of international cooperation projects with migrant, refugee and returnee populations and on issues of reconciliation, coexistence and peace in municipalities prioritised for post-conflict. In addition, I have skills in the use of tools for the collection and analysis of qualitative information, such as Atlas.ti, and for the analysis and visualization of quantitative data, such as Power BI, DataEstudio and Advanced Excel. I have been a lecturer at the Tecnológico de Antioquia in the Social Work programme at the UNAD and a SENA virtual training instructor in the area of Ethics and Culture of Peace.
