
PhD of Education and Society, and PhD (c) in Communication, with advanced training in Communication, International Relations, and Human Rights, and more than 15 years of experience leading projects in education, applied research, strategic communication, and social innovation in complex contexts in Latin America. His work integrates project management, data analysis, mixed methodologies, and artificial intelligence with critical, intersectional, and territorial pedagogical approaches to strengthen decision-making, public policy formulation, and institutional capacity building. He has collaborated with universities, multilateral organizations, and humanitarian actors in processes of organizational transformation, knowledge management, curriculum design, and digital education, actively participating in international academic and professional spaces through publications, consulting, and presentations.
