Anthony is a seasoned international development leader with over a decade of experience driving resilient and sustainable programs across Africa. He brings a wealth of on-the-ground expertise from senior leadership roles with organizations such as Tearfund, Oxfam GB, and VSO, where he has successfully navigated complex operational environments in South Sudan, Sudan, Uganda, and Nigeria. 

Known for his adaptive and people-first leadership style, Anthony has a remarkable track record of turning strategy into impact. He has consistently championed staff well-being, national staff leadership, and gender mainstreaming, while simultaneously achieving significant portfolio growth; including a notable revenue increase and 78% portfolio growth in a previous three-year period. His expertise spans financial oversight, donor compliance, risk management, and localization, ensuring that programs are not only effective but also accountable to the communities they serve. 

Anthony brings deep experience in consortium management and stakeholder engagement, having successfully led partnerships with UN agencies, international NGOs, and national civil society organisations. He is a skilled convener and has been actively involved in key coordination mechanisms, notably the host Country Director for the South Sudan NGO Forum and a steering committee member from 2021 to 2023, where he played a pivotal role in shaping collective humanitarian action and advocacy. 

Anthony holds an MBA and is currently completing his PhD, combining academic insight with practical field experience.
