Jeffrey Villaveces is Regional Director for Latin America within 3iS. As such he is responsible for work in current ongoing and recent and future projects in Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela, Chile, Costa Rica and other countries in the region. Jeffrey worked 15 years in United Nations OCHA, where he had a number of information management roles for OCHA in Colombia, Panama, Haiti, Central African Republic, Iraq and Yemen. He worked as Chief Information Officer in the UN Mission for Emergency Ebols Response (UNMEER). Jeffrey's goals in 3iS are to apply innovation and technology to improve humanitarian and development information management, expanding networks with private sector and NGO partners to make 3iS a hub for projects in the region.

Xitong is a project manager for the EVIDEM Consortium. Before this position, she was the senior information manager and analyst project lead, based in Bogota, Colombia. 
 
Prior to that, Xitong was an information management officer seconded to OCHA in Venezuela and Panama. She has over 10 years of experience in data analysis and information management in the humanitarian sector. Prior to joining 3iS, she worked with iMMAP as a project manager and senior information manager, ICRC as a data administrator and with OCHA as a data analyst based in Colombia. 
 
Xitong holds a Master's Degree in Journalism from the University of Rosario and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Santo Tomas in Colombia. She is fluent in Spanish, English, and Chinese.
