Capacity Building Officer
Osama is a Capacity Building Officer at iMMAP France Iraq. His current position involves training needs assessments to develop training curriculum and methodologies. Ensure that MoHESR and MoLSA staff selection criteria are aligned with their responsibilities and skills. In collaboration with the project team, create an overall project capacity building strategy, deliver and co-facilitate training activities successfully for both Ministries. Moreover, facilitating and documenting the project activities such as meetings, workshops, training, and assessments.
Prior to his current position, he worked in several positions in iMMAP since December 2017, beginning as a data entry, information management assessment, and information management officer. He's an expert in IMSMA and Mine Action, improving data accuracy, and managing information systems. Osama is also skilled in GIS mapping, data visualisation, and IT skills.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Al Rafidain University College in Baghdad, Iraq.
