Project Manager UNICEF Emergencias
Lizeth is the project manager of the UNICEF Emergency project in Colombia. Before that, she also worked as a Monitoring and Evaluation expert and Data Analyst in the north of the country, La Guajira.
Lizeth has over 8 years of experience in the sphere of evidence-based decision making. Prior to 3iSolution, she worked in the Evidence and Policy Monitoring and Evaluation team and in the Agriculture and Resources Policy Division at the Organization for Economic Cooperation. -Operation and Development (OECD); and as a data analyst in the private sector.
She holds a master's degree in Public Policy and Development from Toulouse School of Economics and a bachelor's degree in Economics. Lizeth speaks Spanish and English fluently.
