3iS, in partnership with the Lake Chad Basin Commission and UNDP, implemented the Directory and Information Management System (DIMS) to enhance civil society engagement in the Lake Chad Basin Stabilization Strategy. DIMS provided a digital platform for CSOs to network, share resources, and strengthen cross-border collaboration in Nigeria, Niger, Chad, and Cameroon. By improving information management and visibility, 3iS supported inclusive, sustainable development in crisis-affected communities.
