Aminu Abubakar Madaki
Rapid Response Mechanism (RRM) Knowledge Management and Capacity Building Officer
Aminu Abubakar Madaki joined the Nigeria team as the Rapid Response Mechanism (RRM) Knowledge Management and Capacity Building Officer. He is responsible for developing training needs assessments, planning and scheduling capacity building activities, including goals and objectives for RRM field teams.
Prior to joining iMMAP, Aminu worked for the Center for Advocacy, Transparency and Accountability initiative (CATAI) as a Project Coordinator and Programs Meal Officer for one year and one month. He was also the Field Monitoring Officer for Opinion Research Business (ORB) International for three years. Umar occupied various positions, such as the Trainer in Information Technology and Graphics at My IT Consults LTD and Programs Manager for Education for Sustainable Livelihood Youth Initiative (ESLYI) for one year each.
Aminu has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the Nasarawa State University, Keffi, Nasarawa state, and a Diploma in Computer Information Technology and Graphics from Yajfatech Computer Institute, Jos, Plateau state. He also holds a Diploma each in Modern Project Management from Skyler Academy and Designing and Implementing Monitoring and Evaluation Systems from Aga Khan Foundation in Nigeria. He speaks Ebira, Hausa, and English fluently.
