Hélène Pélisson is the Project Manager for Nigeria. With over eight years of experience in humanitarian action, she brings a strong specialization in humanitarian analysis and information management. She has held a range of roles, including Senior Analyst, Team Lead, and Project Manager, across various international projects.

She holds a Master’s degree from the NOHA (Network on Humanitarian Action) programme, with a focus on conflict settings. Throughout her career, she has contributed to initiatives with organizations such as IFRC, DRC, NRC, and UNDRR, and has collaborated with a wide array of stakeholders. She also led coordination efforts on major information management initiatives, including the FreeW project in partnership with OCHA and BDD.

Over the past years, she has undertaken field missions in Ukraine, Turkey, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Guinea, supporting short-term deployments with both operational and analytical capacity. She speaks English and French fluently.
