
Psychologist with a Master’s degree in International Cooperation and Project Management, with over seven years of experience in the design, implementation, and monitoring of humanitarian and social development projects. He has worked with vulnerable populations, including internally displaced persons, victims of armed conflict, Venezuelan migrants, and Indigenous communities, in coordination with governmental entities, partner organizations, and United Nations agencies.
He has solid experience in results-based management and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), as well as in the use of data collection, analysis, and visualization tools such as ActivityInfo, ODK, Survey123, KoboToolbox, Looker Studio, and Power BI. He has field experience in the departments of La Guajira, Cesar, Atlántico, Magdalena, and Sucre, integrating territorial, differential, and protection approaches in complex environments.
