Liliana Castillo s an economist and international business professional with over seven years of experience in humanitarian information, migration, and development across Latin America. She has worked with UN agencies and international organizations on data analysis, inter-agency coordination, and capacity-building processes. She currently serves as Humanitarian Coordinator for the AREMS project, leading strategies that integrate innovation, data, and artificial intelligence for risk management and anticipatory action. 

She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Public Policy at Universidad de los Andes, strengthening her technical experience with evidence-based policy design and implementation approaches.
