Sisay Biruk holds MSc in Economics and has over 16 years of experience with international and national NGOs in Ethiopia. He has strong expertise in MEAL systems, knowledge management, program design and management, leading assessments, data collection and analysis, and capacity building. Sisay has led MEAL systems and managed complex humanitarian and development programs in conflict-affected contexts, focusing on protection, food security and livelihood, WASH, health and nutrition, GBV, and peacebuilding, and is recognized for fostering collaboration and effective partnerships.
