Twenty-one indicators were identified, six of which were used to construct indices, all aligned with those proposed in the global tables for sectoral interoperability of PiN severity. Official and proprietary data (3iS) on internal displacement were used, and recommendations from humanitarian actors and sectoral leaders were integrated to identify the severity and criticality of geographical areas.
