SMART was designed to implement the integrated and harmonized information management approach of UNMAS&#8217; Global IM Solution (IMS). Using advanced data processing, GIS mapping, and statistical analysis, we also developed digital tools that improved hazard identification, operational planning, and risk mitigation in areas liberated from ISIL.
