Working with key stakeholders like the UN-Resident&#8217;s Coordinator Office, the Department of Disaster Management Affairs (DoDMA), and WFP, we streamlined IM tools, facilitated data-driven decision-making, and developed critical reports and dashboards, including the National Disaster Recovery Framework. We also conducted capacity building for DoDMA at district level, enhancing their capacity in information management at a time of disaster.
