He is developing two platforms for the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (MoLSA) and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MoHESR), within the framework of a GIZ-supported project. He is responsible for programming, software architecture, documentation, needs analysis and training organisation. <br><br>\n\nHiwa has previously held several positions within iMMAP since 2017: Information Management Officer and Web Developer, Information Management Assistant, and Information Technology Assistant. Prior to joining iMMAP, he worked for as an IT consultant in Erbil, Iraq, for one year. <br><br>\n\nHe holds a Master's Degree in computer science and software engineering from the Illinois institute of technology in Chicago, USA, and a Bachelor's Degree in computer science from Salahaddin University in Erbil, Iraq.
