The global IT Officer is responsible for leading and managing the organization’s global IT
operations, infrastructure, and digital platforms. The role ensures the optimal functioning,
security, and scalability of 3iS\u2019 digital ecosystem, aligning with the organization’s strategic
goals.<\/p>

In addition to ensuring day-to-day operational continuity, the IT Officer plays a key advisory
role in shaping the organization\u2019s digital strategy and standards. The position involves
proactively identifying and implementing technological solutions that enhance
organizational efficiency, data security, and collaboration across dispersed teams.<\/p>

The IT Officer also supports country teams and headquarters (HQ) by providing advanced
technical expertise, managing cloud environments, maintaining business-critical systems,
and overseeing the integration of digital tools and platforms that enable innovation and long
term sustainability.<\/p>

The IT Officer works as part of the 3iS\u2019 HQ team. S\/he is supervised by the Executive Director
and works in close collaboration with the Technical Advisor and other HQ personnel
