Mekdes Girma has previous experience as a Management Information Systems (MIS) Intern at CARE Ethiopia. During her time at CARE, she supported data collection, management, and reporting processes, contributing to the improvement of internal information systems. Her work involved organizing program data, assisting with digital tools, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting to support program effectiveness.

Mekdes holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering and is passionate about leveraging technology to drive data-informed decision-making and improve program delivery in the humanitarian and development sectors.
